ProTube Fly Tying Night

Join Jeremiah at the shop for a fun and informative night learning about ProTube’s many possibilities. From trout flies to big winter steelhead flies, ProTubes and their many accessories add a complete new twist to your usual patterns. The first 15 people will recieve a FREE ProTube starter kit. Beer will also be provided, so come down and enjoy the night with us.

Join us on Thursdays and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to Noon to learn the basics of Fly Fishing. We will teach you hot to cast a fly rod, tie the basic knots and learn the basic flies we fish with. At the end of the class you should be able to go to your local water and fish knowledgeably and confidently. We have a 10 person maximum per class to ensure each student has plenty of one-on-one instructor time and can have any of their questions answered. Call us at 541.678.5633 to solidify your spot!

Well it is getting cold here in Central Oregon, perfect time to spend a little time inside at one of our many events in January.

ProTube Fly Tying Night- Saturday January 4th: Jeremiah will be demonstrating some informative techniques and patterns using ProTube tubes and accessories. This is a free demonstration and is from 6:00 to 8:00pm

Beginner Fly Tying Classes: Series of 4 Tuesday classes starting January 7th, 6:00-8:00pm. All tools and materials will be supplied. It is $60 for the series of classes.

Trout Fishing in Winter: Saturday Jan. 11th- Get some tips and techniques on how to catch trout when the temperature drops. The class is free and will be from 10:00 to Noon.

It’s Skagit time!

Come join the Bend Casting Club and Jeremiah Houle from Confluence Fly Shop to get some great tips and on the water casting with popular Skagit style lines. The event will be held at Farewell Bend park. We will have Skagit lines from Rio to test out as well as rods from Orvis, Redington and Vision.
